After reading the full article, should the reader find it bizarre that 2 cities compromise the #2 spot or is that just me? Also, its based on these 5 factors: Drinkers, Heavy Drinkers, Binge Drinkers, State Laws and Alcoholism ~Rick

YOU are invited to attend the 2nd annual, Rochester Labor Day Food Drive Alleycat.
Its an alleycat bike race where at the start, you are given a list of items that you will need to purchase from various grocery stores around town. You can only purchase one item at each store. Receipts will be needed. At the end, the first rider back with all the items (and receipts) is the winner. There is no set route the cyclists need to take, and the roads are open. Smart judgement and navigation can go a long way over strength and speed. All the food gathered will then be donated to Channel-1 food bank the next day. Here are the sponsors donating prizes
Riders just need to show up with a bike, a bag and some money (about $20) to purchase items. Mahalo, Gunnar Soroos
